A whole new look for butterfly bushes! What makes a space-saving dwarf butterfly bush even better? Full sized flowers! Pugster® butterfly bushes are the first to offer large, dense blooms on a small frame for maximum impact in the landscape. Continuous blooming habit means that you'll enjoy the taffy-pink flowers of Pugster Pink®' from summer through frost without deadheading. Perhaps best of all, the thick, heavy stems of Pugster® butterfly bushes ensure better hardiness and winter survival in cold areas than other dwarf butterfly bushes.
Top three reasons to grow Pugster Pink® butterfly bush:
- Candy pink flowers are large size, even though the plant is compact.
- Blooms all summer without deadheading - low maintenance!
- Thick stems mean better winter survival, even in USDA zone 5.

Long-blooming habit and vivid color make it the perfect addition to flower gardens and perennial beds.
Maintenance Notes:
Requires very well-drained soils, especially in late winter/early spring when temperatures are cold. Prune in spring after new growth has begun to emerge on the stems, cutting back to just above a healthy, vigorous bud.
If you have trouble with butterfly bush surviving winter in your climate, be sure that when you plant it, the crown of the plant is higher than, rather than at or below, the ground level. You should also avoid pruning until new growth is underway in spring; do not prune before winter.
