Actually a biennial, the most common parsley varieties are the curly-leaf and the more pungent Italian or flat-leaf parsley which are preferred for cooking. Parsley leaves are rich in vitamin C. Use fresh or dried with chicken, eggplant, eggs, fish, game, lentils, mushrooms, mussels, pasta, peas, potatoes, rice, seafood, tomatoes and zucchini.
Curled Parsley - Biennial. Fragrant leaves for seasoning or garnish. High in Vitamin C. Use fresh or dried.

Prefers well drained moist soil
Height: 12" - 32" tall depending on variety
Plant 12" - 18" apart depending on variety
