Noted for its pungent anise like flavor and aroma. Use to add flavoring to fish, meats, vegetables, eggs, salads, sauces or vinegars. Likes organically rich soil that is dry to medium moisture. Cut plants to the ground in early spring. Divide clumps every 3 - 4 years to keep plants robust. Use leaves fresh or dried.
